Spare screen came with all the bits, arrived quickly and was fitted easily and works well so far

Only downside was the toolkit is pretty crap and I was unable to remove the screws inside the iPhone with them, luckily I had my own Screwdriver otherwise I would have been stuck.
Adhesive gasket is also a bit tricky to fit and mine broke whilst re-fitting the screen, didn’t cause an issue though and probably more down to my error than the product.

A very easy to access and use website. Very good service.

Ordered the wrong product, Easy Tech have been very helpful in resolving the issue.

Thought I'd ordered a replacement screen and toolkit to fit it with. Screen only arrived so I got in touch and I was sent a toolkit immediately. No questions.
I wish more companies could operate like this.

Purchased a ipad 2 replacement screen from JOHN (easytechparts)...arrived in PERFECT condition, issues was it WASNT the correct screen.

I messaged JOHN that night, having a SLIGHT indirect dig that he sent the WRONG screen ...he RESPONDED, first think in the morning.

It MANIFESTED that the ERROR was on MY part after liaising with JOHN back and forward that morning....

I ordered the WRONG screen.

I SENT back the wrong one...and within days JOHN had the correct one sent out to me.

SERIOUSLY...if PC WORLD had staff like this the WHOLE experience would be GOOD.

JOHN's....communication/Knowledge/ and willingness to resolve the issue was FIRST CLASS.

These guys sell only the best with great help and advice and aftercare. Don’t buy cheap best best quality from here. I’ve tried all different sellers but after using these guys for last couple of years. I found these to be way superior 👍

I ordered the wrong item, but John helped by processing a refund within an hour.
Product received (iPhone 7 screen) was very good.
It would be nice to have the option of purchasing a premium set of tools with the screen.

Broke my iPad Air screen last year and had it mended and never worked right.
Broke it again this year so decided to send for this. Really helpful customer service pointed me in the right direction when ordering.
Looked at a You Tube video on broken screen replacement, did what it said, easy peasy and better than when shop-mended.
