They are criminals! Do not trust this company!

Disgusting company! They recently gridded in pigeons and trapped them behind. One pigeon was seen to be hanging by their wing from the outside of the gridding for hours as no-one would come out to help. This pigeon likely died an agonising slow death with a broken wing! Ecolab disturbed active nests, and believed to have injured birds, which is a clear breach of the Wildlife Legislation. They have been reported to Essex Council and the Wildlife Crime Unit.

Our cafe closed on short notice due to a termination of the lease between the landlord and freeholder. We have notified ECOLAB of this situation with 3 months notice that we will cease trading on those premises and that we would not require the service after 31.12.2024.

They continued to charge us after that date with no services provided. This was a force majeure issue to terminate the contract . This was brought to their attention multiple times, with no resolution or succes.

They have passed us to a debt collection agency due to a £226 pound "debt" for which they did NOT lift a finger !!!

disgusting company. their version of pest control is literally just torturing animals in plain view of the public. shooting them with rubber pellets and leaving them to slowly die, trapping them with netting so that the public can watch them slowly starve to death. just horrible!

This brand will take your money, take your blood sample and literally say FU. They won’t send your test results even when you indicate it is urgent. You will call multiple times and it will never go through. Don’t waste your time going there, especially the branch at wuse 2, Abuja. they would lie about turn around time, just to get your money cos that’s all they want. don’t fall for it. It would be an absolute waste of your time.

We have been with Ecolab since June 2024 and have found them fantastic. They provide our pest control services and they are always thorough and a pleasure to deal with.
We get a notification within minutes of them leaving our site with a report on any pest activity found.
We've just had a visit today from two of their reps, David and Chuk, and they were fantastic. They took a look at our current services to ensure we were on the most up to date plan and were able to offer advice on other areas of pest control that we may potentially be looking at down the line, advising us on what to do and what not buy to make sure we're getting value for money.
We have had nothing but positive experience with Ecolab since we started using them and would happily recommend them.

We have used this company for over 15 years, but sadly in the last half of this year the service has failed on numerous occasions, waiting over 3 months but as of today the service has sill not resumed satisfactorily

Everymonth Get monthly service charges BUT IN FEW MONTHS never show up to do the service.

As others have written: Disorganized , lack of communication, arrogant attitude. Just an overall poor image. An awful way to do "business".

Was driving down highway 56 in Kansas and the driver was going to stop and pretty much us stop on the highway for the drivers dumbass. What kind of people do you have working for you

We have been trying for over a month to get our Ecolab dishwasher repaired. I’ve left more than 10 messages for service with no response. Out of frustration, I called again and chose “Sales” instead of “Service,” and my call was answered right away. Clearly, sales inquiries are more important to them than helping existing customers. Very sad and extremely disappointing service.

This was the worst job interview I’ve had with a company so far. It barely lasted 10 minutes, and the person in charge of recruitment only wanted to know my salary expectations and notice period... What a shame.

If you have ANY other options for a commercial dish service, do yourself a favor and don't use Ecolab. They are a nightmare, poor communicators, over charge, won't provide service...Honestly, they look like it is their goal to be terrible.

Working there in customer service for almost 3 years was a nightmare. No support from any kind of "management", guidelines changing daily, calls from irate customers because from mid 2024 Ecolab decided to hire primarily customer service reps from Argentina and not the United States any longer, were told they spoke English but actual barely spoke it much less understood it. Ended up losing my job because they thought it would be funny to make up dates and times of customer calls they said I hung up on but little did they know I had recordings of those calls and I didn't do what they said I did and Ecolab was unable to provide their so called proof to unemployment. What a relief to be gone from that incapable company.

Absolutely the worst company to contract with. Chemicals are outrageously expensive. There equipment brokedown constantly. Took forever for them to fix things. Had there own health code rules that had nothing to do with state code.

They wouldn’t care about small businesses. They out power small businesses. Even we didn’t terminate the contract they punished us with a termination fee just because they could!

While driving on Greenway Road and the 51, I activated my turn signal to merge into the right lane in preparation for a right turn. An Ecolab driver attempted to accelerate and cut me off, displaying aggressive behavior by swearing and gesturing. Such conduct reflects a lack of professionalism and disregard for safety. 3:30 pm.on Greenway

I worked my ass off for this company for 17 yrs covering up people who ghost accts doing extra work plus making this company over 25k a month but the good I did nvr made a difference the company regional manager will bully u his name is Ron from the cincinnati area I messed up and skip an acct I accepted and admitted my mistake I get some new manager that show up at my door and fired me without any explanation I have more but it's a lot to write I'm just wondering what I can do too 17yrs is a lot and I'm 50 now they can fire someone like that is unbelievable
