1st time customer. Great prices- Great service and delivered on time from Europe!!

I had been looking to purchase a pair of Oakley Radar EV TDF edition sunglasses for a while now. I stumbled on this company and they had the sunglasses on sale far cheaper than any other company. I read some of the negative feedback, which was mostly about delivery delays. My sunglasses were in stock so thought I’d take a chance. Sunglasses arrived within 5 days, communication was good and the Oakleys are spot on with all the correct case, authentication etc (I have a couple of pairs of fake Oakleys from China so know the difference).

Purchased Prada sunglasses which were faulty and still within guarantee. Edel-optics have ignored all my attempts to contact them for a replacement/repair.
Extremely unhappy with the level of service and would not buy from them again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have not received my purchase. Nearly three weeks now.

I was a little nervous ordering from an unknown web retailer but I decided to give Edel Optics a try and the service and product have been amazing. Communication from start to finish has been brilliant. I'd happily use them again - thumbs up from me.

This is the third order I have made with edel optics and as with the previous 2 was processed quickly and no issues with their system at all. I'd you go through a Google search there are also significant savings to be had.. the only issue I had was with the delivery via UPS. Was supposed to arrive on the 25th but didn't I didn't receive it until 30th August after they failed to deliver twice..

Order processed very efficiently. Good communication, arrived on time and no issues at all. Prices were also very competitive, so I would use hem again without hesitation.

Very happy with glasses . When I picked the glasses up the box they were in was all battered and paying that price for delivery off £ 9 plus was so steep if I had known how much it was I would not have bothered 😕 in a terrible delivery of a battered box .recommended watch there delivery charges ?

I ordered sunglasses on 4th June which never arrived, I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but not heard anything. It’s a shame because my partner ordered glasses and received them in 2 weeks but my experience has been terrible. I’m still chasing for a refund now in August.

Found the frames I wanted at an extremely good price. Order arrived on time as promised. Very pleased with my purchase!

I placed an order in the afternoon and received it next morning! Can’t beat that! Great customer care.

Very quick delivery and they were selling the glasses I was after for the cheapest price online.

I've fortunately not had to use their after sales service yet.
