Removing scaffolding at 7.30 am disgusting
Removing scaffolding at 7.30 am, waking night workers, is it really necessary, total disregard for local residents, not a good look for your new office opened in Orpington, profit profit, that’s all you think about I hope local people, treat your company with the same contempt that you treated them

Thank you for your comment. For clarity, we are a double glazing company and the scaffolding are arranged by the homeowner, not by Eden Windows. We were notified of your posts across Facebook and other platforms and I want to make one point very clear. You are not a customer of Eden and the situation you are commenting on does not involve you.
I have also seen that out of your 39 reviews, 31 are one star. That pattern speaks for itself. We focus our energy on serving real customers and supporting the local community. I would encourage you to do the same and stop directing negativity toward businesses that have no connection to you.

A good job well done
We purchased a new bifold window for our back room from Eden Windows. It took us a while to decide on the exact model and found Eden to be helpful throughout. Ryan and Lee the fitters did an excellent job and we’re very happy with the outcome.

French door installation.
Fitters Lee and Ryan went way above call of duty an excellent installation (removing old patio doors for French door replacement) worked methodically throughout a lot of effort to keep things tidy and clean right to completion of installation. A great example for the company and a brilliant product fitted first class from all at Eden Windows would recommend with no hesitation 👍😊

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish.
Mia came in and followed all my peculiar instructions. All details were followed to a T. Grant and John came to fit the windows. Great sense of humour and no complaints about anything. They came on a Monday when the storm made it impossible to do the job. Grant offered to come back on the following Saturday, for which I am very grateful. The weather had improved, it was cold but dry and they worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Thank you. They left everything tidy and Grant was super worried and concerned about the plastering job being done after the windows. He explained his concerns and gave me a lot of useful tips. Communication was also great with the company about the timeline and progress. I’m glad I’ve chosen Eden windows. Happy happy happy.
Just a heads up. They don’t do finance or take credit cards.

Just to clarify, we do accept credit card payments for the deposit, but you’re absolutely right — we don’t currently offer finance options.
Thanks again for choosing Eden and enjoy your new windows!

Eden windows
We saw Eden window initially on Instagram and arranged an appointment.
We met with Mia and the whole process went well from start to finish. Mia was able to show us front door options with different hardware and glass on our house with the use of computer imaging which help us to make our decision! Communication was good from all areas of the business and Grant who fitted our door did an amazing job and was such a nice guy.
I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a new front door.
