Ordered an inkjet printer from them and was surprised to receive a courtesy call from the office. They also offered a bundle deal with additional ink cartridges for a very minimal extra, which I couldn’t deny as it was a real bargain.

We are a debt collection company called Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd, these shysters employed Cobra to recover a debt of 64k for which the monies where recovered in full, they are now trying to avoid paying our success fee of £6400.00 + Vat despite promises to pay.
We have visited their address in Milton Keynes which is for the record is nothing more than a virtual address, with establishing that the company does not have a UK address we managed to track down the MD's address and spoke with the wife of the MD all of which has been captured onto a body-cam for which is shortly going to be uploaded to our Youtube channel stating ''they do not have the monies'' despite receiving a direct payment of 64k into their account through the endeavours of Cobra.

We have tried to reason with this company and have been laughed at, the bottom line this review will not be removed until which point our invoice of £6400.00 + Vat is paid into the account of Cobra.

** UPDATE ** this company has now updated the review on Cobra Financial Solutions Ltd trustpilot for the record we are a multi million pound company where as reviews have no effect on us what so ever think about it logically if we was bothered we would not have left you a review for non payment, you have a 64k debt collected for you, and you have not paid an invoice to Cobra for £6400.00 + Vat for monies collected for you and now you are hiding and trying to get away with your liabilities as you know we have visited your fake address listed on your website also with reference to the threat you have just made on the updated trustpilot review on the Cobra page we are happy for you to continue rolling the dice !!!!!! or pay your invoice and move on with your life and stop bringing your business unnecessary attention it is really that simple this is all nonsense not least given you have put in writing that it would be paid.

Ejobber Limited have now again for the 3rd time tried to report the review as they state ''the address listed on their website is not fake'' where as know first hand it is as have sent agents to the premises and have body-cam footage where it shows Ejobber Ltd are not as the address listed on the website'' we are currently providing the trustpilot content integrity team details of this for purposes of clarity.

** Further update** EJobber have tried to have this review removed with Trustpilot quoting ''defamation'' their reason being that Cobra are not correct however Trustpilot have been advised of body-cam evidence showing the address listed on the website of EJobber Ltd the company is not there, Trustpilot have also been advised that Cobra will not be reporting the retaliation review that EJobber left on the Cobra trustpilot page we are happy to keep that up.

** Update ** Ejobber Ltd have today again tried to report this review for ''defamation'' however trustpilot having been supplied with documentary evidence and are happy with the facts, for clarity court proceedings have been issued against Ejobber Ltd however given they are not listed at the address stated on their website they likely will not receive the court papers, however once Cobra obtain the CCJ out of sheer principle will be issuing a winding up petition this company for non-payment.

Black Friday found an expensive item considerably cheaper than all else.
Ordering on site was easy, but alarm bells rang at payment options, BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL, UNKNOWN PAYMENT SERVICE.
Luckily hit bank transfer and an unusual invoice pops into email SPAM with payment instructions for shipping.
OK, went to banking app just to see, as modern tech against fraud is useful.
Entered provided details and before send the app declared it could not confirm the account is the business.
I cancelled and used the convenience of their contact messenger to ask if there was another way to pay using a card ( more protection I thought ).
The assistant said it would be possible, during the long pause I checked trustpilot etc and was 50/50 on are they legit. Assistant returns with a member of their sales team would email a new "Pro forma" invoice shortly.
Bit odd I thought, so said, should I trust the bank who says it's possibly fraud or trustpilot etc who seem to have a lot of fake good reviews to cover a lot of bad?
Assistant assured me they can provide a certificate for business.
I reply no that's fine and leave.
Later another email, suddenly item is not in stock... what a surprise.

I bought a 18Tb HDD from ejobber, this was not my first purchase from them. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. On this occasion the HDD failed on arrival. I did get a replacement without any cost to me but it did take several weeks for it to arrive which was not the fault of Ejobber. Ejobber kept me informed all the time, and chased the source company without my instigation. I'm impressed by the customer service.

Purchased a rather expensive LG monitor from eJobber. On arrival, the monitor appeared to be faulty. A few quick checks and it was found that the power supply brick was faulty. Several email exchanges and false promises of them sending a replacement power supply...Nothing. I have now contacted LG directly to see if they can arrange a new PSU to be sent out.

Having been able to borrow a friends power adapter, I can say the monitor does actually work, but for the time being I won't be able to use it. Let's hope I get a replacement power supply brick before the actual warranty runs out!

On the one occasion I actually telephoned I struggled to understand what they were saying. I have learnt my lesson and definitely will stick purchasing via Amazon in the future.

The monitor arrived sooner than expected, exactly as described and packed well.

When I contacted them for advice as the charger was 2 pin, they responded immediately and offered a 3 pin charger no extra charge.
