Sub standard product, with the worst communication and customer service. Would not recommend to anybody to buy anything from this company

I purchased from Ekrin because they offer a lifetime warranty. Turns out that they do not honor their so called lifetime warranty. I purchased their top of the line model the Kestrel and they sent me several defective units. Now, I am stuck with an overpriced Percussion Massager that won't turn on.

I wouldn't recommend this unit. The bantam is advertised as having a 6 hour battery. My brand new unit barely lasts from 30min to 1hour max. That is on the slowest setting with no force. The unit is faulty in my opinion & Ekrin are not very supportive. Honestly avoid this unit & company, buy a cheaper model. It honestly couldn't be any worse.
Ekrin want more money because they are selling faulty, falsely advertised junk. AVOID

I stand by my review even after the Ekrin response. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Even the fact they expect the customer to pay for return shipping, shows the level of trust they have in their product. My unit ended up in the bin it was that bad. AVOID these chancers selling Chinese junk.

I bought my first Ekrin B37S massage gun early 2023, on the basis of technical specifications, price and excellent product reviews. I also noticed they offered lifetime warranty. After almost 2 years of regular use, my device broke down. When I mailed the customer support (that previously helped me very well with some import formalities), I got an immediate reply that on the basis of the reported symptoms, the device would be replaced free of charge. Provided I would send a short recording of the serial number sticker and the problem experienced. Did so and received next day confirmation plus a really attractive offer to upgrade to the latest product with interesting features and improvements. Took the latter and enjoyed my new Kestrel one week later. This is a company that takes customer service really seriously, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The extra good news is that they will be setting up a European distribution center soon.
