Moved back to Elavon recently. Had some queries and contacted. They were able to help with my query over the phone and in an excellent timely manner. The girl I got was very helpful and patient. Unfortunately they have sent this review email a few days after the call, so I have no longer got note of her name. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because review experience came way to long after the call so I am unable to name the person who helped.

I talked to Monika Szybiak yesterday. She was very helpful. Answered all my quieres. Gave me all the details I needed and was easy to talk to. I wish there were more staff like her in other companies.

My experience with Elavon was very good. Phoebe K guided my expertly through the process of opening my account. The process was completed through email and online except for the initial phone call. She was efficient, patient and professional.

Just the person i spoke to had alot of patience and resolved my query while also showing me where to look or the answers

Ann Clince was very helpful and patient and we got the problem sorted out.

Fast and helpful

Had a problem with reconciling my bank account and did not understand where missing payments were. Johan talked me through how to see my reports and also how to run an end of day report, which I did not know about. He was polite, professional and very helpful.

Johan was helpful and was able to see the issue.

Herbert was so helpful and patient and a pleasure to speak with. I had also spoken to another agent, who was equally helpful, before I was connected to Herbert. We didn't completely resolve the issue but Herbert gave me a call ID to use should I need more assistance.

Johan was very helpful and guided me through use of the portal. He also made sure I had the reference and number to call in case the call transfer to Collections was unsuccessful, which it wasn't and then Madeleine in Collections also helped to sort out payment issue. And Tom in Technical was also very helpful as we needed to check that the equipment was working.
