I placed my first order on 1 December 2025 and waited a few months before reviewing to properly assess long-term quality. After extended use, I can confidently say I’m extremely satisfied.
I’m based in South Africa and ordered from the UK, and the entire experience was seamless. The website is easy to use, communication was clear throughout, and delivery was impressively fast for an international order. Everything arrived in professional, travel-safe packaging.
I purchased the Sirius 4-electrode silicone plug, electro pads, and a cable. The product quality is excellent—high-grade conductive silicone, well-manufactured, and durable. The pads are reusable and hold up very well over time.
I did order the wrong cable by mistake, but customer support was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, even when discussing more sensitive product details.
Highly recommend ElectraStim for their premium electrostimulation products, reliable international shipping, and exceptional customer service. I’ve already placed another order with them and I am so happy with the second service and order!

So underwhelmed by this product, sensations are so localised to the pads, have asked to return the product but their not interested, lots more pleasure from a £20 wand from amazon. A wasted £170

Customer Service: 5 stars. Right there with the best. Communication was prompt for business service, explanations, instructions, dialog was also clear and concise. They went well above and beyond facilitating the shipping and delivery process.

Product: 4.75 stars. Just cannot say something is perfect. Features are plentiful - lots of patterns and each pattern is adjustable for a different experience any time the user wants. With the Link, having control from a phone makes the device and accessories exciting to use and be using literally anywhere and everywhere. The mic option is really fun in the right environments - you sort of have control and are a sort of at the mercy and whim of whats going on around you. Love that it has a configurable boost option too. Oh, and it packs a heavyweight punch. Be aware! I’ve used other devices and this is 25% stronger than anything I’ve yet tried. The interface is super easy to figure out and use. It’s too new to comment on durability and reliability.

Instructions: 5 stars. Highly detailed, with appropriate pictures and is presented using fluid english!

I gotta say, they really blew me away with the customer service here. I sent an email to describe an event (a piece of stim gear I bought while traveling / vacationing wouldn't work when I got home) and Jody immediately offered to replace it even though I bought it at a retail store that they supply. Very quick reply, very quick shipment of replacement, follow-up emails to let me know the new piece shipped, and a very nice 'thank you for being our customer' note. That's the kind of customer service that is guaranteed to keep me coming back and using them for all the gear I need. Jody went out of her way to help me and make sure I was happy with their stim gear. On top of the great customer service, they have a great selection of nice gear all very high quality IMO. I highly recommend ElectraStim for all of your stim gear purchases. I know I’ll be buying more!!!

I found the whole process of buying from ElectraStim very easy and straightforward. The website is easy to navigate and the description of the products is clear. I particularly liked the compatibility chart.
My purchase was delivered by UPS to one of their collection points in plain wrapping. Communication was excellent. All this made the purchase quick, easy and stress free.

When I was looking for toys online I couldn't find what I wanted until I clicked on the Electrastim site, there I found exactly what I was looking for, the prices were reasonable and they had items that weren't on the other sites, making my experience even better.

The courier cocked up the delivery twice. But Electrastim were fantastic. The apologised. Agreed to look into the matter with Parcel force and used a different courier to get my delivery sorted the next day.
