I been using Elemental Herbology from 2018 and I'm so happy with results on my self and my clients

Unfortunately I just don't like the scent of the zest diffuser. It is nothing like a fresh zest smell like other diffusers, I have moved it into different rooms to see if that made any difference but concluded I might have got an old stock item?? - it smells stale and slightly musty. I'm so disappointed as i am new to this brand and bought a large size having read the description and reviews! The other items purchased smell very nice!

Great products,prompt delivery, a christmas gift

Amazing products! Mostly vegan yet unbelievable textures and smells. They feel so good on my skin and have a great energy about them. Only recently my skin has become very sensitive to certain ingredients especially chemicals. I’m new to EH but already feel like they are going to be my new skincare provider! I’ve booked a EH facial for the New Year where I hope to try more products and get some recommendations. Excited!

The product is great but the way they run their offers means that you don’t benefit from max discount, as you think they are giving a good offer and then the day after you’ve ordered you get a better offer…. even as a loyal customer - which is frustrating.

Everything arrived as ordered . Very happy with the overall experience and woukd order again

I have just received my order but I am very unhappy because I had ordered this product for a gift for my partner. Your delivery times are good however you did not tell me that there would be customs fees. I find myself with 16 euros more to pay to collect my product from the post office. If I had known this I would not have ordered because for a product at 25 euros, I find myself paying between the delivery costs and the tax more than double the price. And I am very unhappy with this state of affairs. Your products are good but I would no longer recommend you.

My go too moisturiser.

I am 63 and need an absorbent moisturiser. I have tried multiple makes and always come back to the cell plumping moisturiser. It's light, creamy and just lovely to wear.
