They are in receivership. They have promised ne a refund on undelivered item ordered Dec 2018. I have my fingers crossed I get my money back very soon.

Looks like this company is in financial trouble. Took my money in early December -still no product delivered (2 months later) and now I read in newspaper they are in receivership.
Very disappointed with the deception and excuses I've been told about the delays and then promises of delivery which have never materialised. (as recently as 28 Jan).
Had purchased from them before and been happy with product.

Very very slow delivery (two months) when asked about cancelation, refund was going to take several weeks and they were borderline rude about it
Product was not as advertised.
I wont be purchasing again

We ordered a second x large dog bed combo for our old dog Toby and have placed this in our bedroom he also has one in front of the fire, great being able to take the covers off to wash them, we have 3 covers and Toby loves his beds
