Emeline Medical Clinic unprofessional
I am extremely disappointed with the care we received at The Emeline Medical Centre. My husband had elevated bilirubin levels in two blood tests six months apart, yet we were never informed, leaving us unaware of a serious liver/biliary issue that ultimately led to a painful gallbladder attack and hospitalization. Despite regular appointments and comprehensive blood tests, crucial health indicators were overlooked, and proactive communication about results was non-existent from our Doctor.
Even after hospitalization, there was no discussion of previous results, and obtaining medical records from the clinic has been unnecessarily difficult, requiring multiple calls and emails. The lack of thorough review and follow-up has caused us distress and a complete loss of confidence in this practice. We will not be returning.
