I love Empress Mimi! Not only their unique designs but also their team. Ever since I found them I signed up for the monthly subscription. It is a lovely surprise to see each month what I am getting. The sets are so detailed, beautiful quality and many fun accessories like gloves and chokers. Whenever I had an issue with shipping or a question their team responds right away and tries to find the best possible solution. 10/10 recommend!

Empress Mimi is a company that truly cares about their product and their customers. I treated myself to two of their sets for two different performances later this year. As a professional entertainer and seamstress, I can honestly say that these are some of the best sets I have seen in a while! The quality of the fabric is really nice and beautiful! The hardware used on the pierces are not cheap and I don’t feel like these sets will fall apart after one night on the stage. They look even more beautiful in person. These are clearly meant to last AND make you feel really beautiful!

Amazingly, the quality of Empress Mimi is equally matched to their customer service. I order these sets after taking their super cute and easy to fill out size quiz on their site which upon finishing the first time, gives you a discount on your first order! Unfortunately in the time I ordered these sets, I experienced a family emergency. By the time I returned home and was ready to try on my new treasures, the panties were clearly too small. Fully mentally drained from my personal life, it was like the tiny thread that finally unraveled in my tired neurodivergent brain. So I simply sent them an email explaining everything and asked for help. Their kindness, understanding and patience has truly been heart warming. They have made communication easy and made sure that all parties are on the same page at all times. These goddesses deserve all of the support they can get! I can’t wait for the correct sizes to arrive. My burlesque performances are going to shine in these sets! I will absolutely be looking into their subscription boxes for the future. Quality and kindness like this is truly a rarity. My good femme humans, you are in for a treat.

Jezza replied quickly and with all the information I needed since it was missing from my emails and the order site. Thank you for the quick reply and info so I know the goodies are on their way still.

They say you can return an item, but they don’t let you. My item arrived late, it was incredibly flimsy and I tried to return it and they “rejected” my return despite it meeting all requirements and gave no reason why. Don’t buy from here. It’s flimsy, feels cheap and has loose threads everywhere. And they won’t actually let you return.

I placed an order on back ordered items and the customer care staff were very quick and friendly, letting me know my order was being processed. I have ordered from them before and never had an issue, and love the products when they get to me!

I've been subscribed to the monthly Empress Box for a little over a year now, and I just unsubscribed but ONLY because I have a wedding to save for next year! I have loved this subscription box! Everything I've got has been beautiful, gorgeous, sexy! It fits so well, super adjustable, and made very well. To top it all off, I've NEVER gotten a repeat! It has truly been a new and unique set every single month and I have loved it. I will definitely be re-subscribing in the future!

Even if there was a problem with the order (it was defective when I received it) I was able to solve this problem with the help of a wonderful person who took care of my problem. So everything went smoothly !
