I had applied for the ULEZ car scrapping scheme and was looking for a verified scrapping company. I had never used EMR before. Zoe Ward, was my only point of contact and she was a complete star right from start to finish.

She quoted a very fair price for the scrap value, changed my bookings 3 times to fit my schedule, issued the COD same day as collection, I received the scrap amount also same day before midnight. She was in touch throughout on email and on WhattaApp.

You just couldn’t ask for more.

EMR arranged to collect my car for scrap and then provided a COD form. It was all accomplished very quickly and efficiently. When I had questions I was able to speak to somebody who answered my queries very quickly. All in all a 5 star service and highly recommended.

Scrapped car with EMR as part of TFL/ULEZ scrappage scheme. Confusion between EMR and haulage company meant they didn't turn up on arranged day - not great. However, I spoke to Rashid at EMR first thing the next day who did a great job of sorting it out - car was collected that day by 10am & payment was in bank and certificate of destruction provided before the end of the day. Thanks for your help Rashid!

Very helpful company. My car broke in a different town to where I live, on the day of recovery my train to meet them ran late but they were so helpful. Good price given and money was transferred same day. Excellent service I would highly recommend.

Very bad customer serivce, damaged my car and EMR don’t want to know, got told I would get a call back and I didn’t so called back and was basically told tough and the transport manager didn’t have the balls to ring me and say this himself

WARNING: Do not use.
I had items stolen from inside my home.
AMB used a sub-tractor to help me clear my parents garages. This sub-tractor is the cousin of the owner of AMB. One of these employees stole many items from my home - I know this to be true as I got one of them back after complaining.
When I complained to AMB I was told
‘NOT MY PROBLEM’ and ‘YOU DON’T HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON’ by the owner of AMB. He was then so aggressive that I had to call the police from fear of repercussions.
Avoid.

Took my car to their Willsden depot early in the morning. All the paperwork was handled right away and the Certificate of Destruction for the Ulez Grant was provided immediately. Money arrived in the bank next day. The price they offered was better than anyone else. The lady in the office couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful experience

Good company fast payment, never had a problem

APPALLING NON SERVICE - I got a quote quickly enough online and then a call to arrange collection of my vehicle. I was informed that I’d get a call 30 minutes before they arrived within the time slot of 8am - 2pm today.
At 13:36 I’d still not received a call so I phoned them. Nobody answered, despite being number 1 in the queue!
I emailed but, no surprises, I've had no reply.
I'VE NOW GONE ELSEWHERE

Disgusted at attitude from counter at Bradford... website states one price and yard said another when questioned had snotty response won't be using emr again
