Very poor response to e-mails.I asked a direct question which they did not answer.Found them very helpful a couple of years ago when you could actually talk to technical.

These newer models work a lot better than the older ones, these work perfect with one press on the remote control to switch them on or off. The older ones took two or three presses on the remote control before they operated.

Very prompt, and great products

The Energenie 4 socket radio controlled multi plug is an invaluable piece of kit. I now have 4 in my house and all worrk independantly. It has many benefits but for me it is that I have furniture in front of sockets which makes it cumbersomme to keep turning off ech appliance. With these one press of a button turns of all the appliances contected to that multiplug. Even in this hard times the 2 ordered came just one day later than stated, given were we are that is very good.

Still waiting for my goods. I would suggest that you sent the “how did we do?” email after the goods have been received. I’m guessing that the automated “how did we do?” system isn’t linked to the delivery system in any way, which has caused this confusion.

It was easy to order and even though we had the Easter holidays in between it came in good time.

Great products, easy to fit and great online resources. I don't think I will ever flick a light switch ever again.

I have six of these sockets controlling multiple devices, they work at best most of the time but they are also very annoying as they tend to have a mind of their own, the ones I have set to timer for my hall and rear lounge table lights sometimes they either come on at the correct time in the evening but do not switch off in the morning, I then have to ask Alexa to turn off the still on lights, I have other sockets which I use on a on / off basis via Alexa but I have noticed that the appliances which are supposed to be in the off position have switched on without my authorisation.

Great product. Easy to use and set up.
