Lovely atmosphere and great brand new kit. Really love the layout and the quality of the machines. What's best? It's literally in the middle of the neighbourhood and the staff really create a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been to many gyms and this has been my local gym for a few months now. Great staff and classes. Friendly atmosphere and big range of high quality equipment including free weights. Big shout out to the PTs especially Christina & Dwain.

The gym is brand new. All of the equipment is new, clean and works well. Despite the gym being on the smaller side, there's quite a lot of equipment and I also really appreciate the addition of the little things such as padding for the bars. From talking to the team, it seems like they're still actively looking for more bits to add. I was worried that as it's a small gym I would have to wait for equipment, but that has hardly been the case. A lovely community vibe with monthly competitions and the staff being friendly and always on hand to help. Really pleasantly surprised and happy to have a gym in the area, finally!

Those interested in classes - there's not a whole ton, but the instructors do run a few. There's no separate room, just on the grid.

Some things that I don't like:

Some of the equipment is very man-sized, but this is not unique to this gym. As barely a 5'4 female there's some equipment I just can't reach (e.g. the handles for the leg press machine are too low to hold; I can barely reach the lateral raise cable machine handle while sitting down, so my grip suffers etc). It's also the first time my gym has had laminate flooring for squats, so if you're like me and wear running trainers and take your shoes off for lifts, this can be an issue. I also miss a mirror to check form.

However, all of this I can live with and my main issue is actually with the music, which is very DnB heavy and really quite loud. On the bright side, I did express my concerns to the team and have since noticed a change. Seems to depend on the team, some still play DnB on max volume, but there has since been sessions where I've definitely noticed the music being quieter and feature some lyrics in addition to just DnB.

Minus the music, which I guess is a personal preference, the gym is really good value for money and I will probably be switching from my much more expensive well-known gym brand to this one.

The gym is small, and there’s a lack of equipment / quality of equipment. I struggle to get the machines I want sometimes because I do very specific training and if I come after work, it’s too busy. However, the experience from the staff - in particular Dwain - is what keeps me coming back. Whether it’s talking through how the machines work, motivating me with my workout, through to spending time talking through correct form for exercise, he really makes my experience and if he wasn’t there, I might consider joining another gym. He nails the personal approach to customers, and cares more about people that money.

Good one, clean, and very nice staff especially (Punet and Christina). It has all kinds of machines and weights. I recommend it especially for the community residents as it is a stone’s throw from Acton Gardens community.

Nice and clean gym . I just wish u hot more mashine for legs and bum is not much . Otherwise all good

Is small. Good range of equipment. But does need a bit more in the way of attachments for cable machines. Needs a tricep dipping stand. Also needs a hack squat.

Staff is nice. The facilities are ok. Lacking more advanced scale with body composition measurement. Besides, I was told on the pre-launch date that it was the last day with promotional offer. However, it is still available after pre-launch and there is even waive of registration fee. Feeling that it is a penalty for early supporter.
