I love the classes on offer and the instructors / staff are really friendly. I also love how supportive and nice the fellow members are, everyone that I have encountered so far are so lovely and there never feels like there is any judgment or competition!

Terrible gym! Terrible service! Dangerous and not safe! Manager is very rude and disrespectful honestly not sure how he got the job. Use pure gum down the road, this gym you can just walk in and use for free no safety or security measures

10/10 recommended. My sessions with Amina focussed on weights and muscle growth - She provided me with structured and tailored sessions to suit my goals and was able to work about my unpredictable work schedule. I have loved training with Amina, I felt encouraged and motivated to work hard in and out of the gym. She made sure all our sessions worked for me and ensured I was getting maximum benefit from every exercise, helping me be more confident with equipment and make small changes to my form for big benefit!

I've been at the Archway gym for two years and I'm loving it I've just finished the class with kiss I had to give a review as I thoroughly enjoy her classes she makes you work hard and get good results she's always full of life very bubbly her classes are always well Thought Out and never the same so you never feel bored

Our instructor was amazing! She selected good musics and great dance moves, and there’s always options between low-intensity and high-intensity for everyone.

Instructor full of energy, enjoys what she does and makes sure we follow. Highly recommended.

I liked how detailed the technical explanations work. I could learn what muscles I was working, and felt like I did a complete LBT workout

I have been going to Energiefitness for nearly 2 years. The classes are incredible especially Sahan’s. His classes, not only have I seen results from, but the community of friends is great. I have been doing 1-1 PT sessions with Sahan and definitely will recommend. We went through different styles of training which Sahan patiently and informatively showed me.

Good equipment, very friendly and helpful staff/PTs. Great classes and very affordable!

The gym is evolving nicely, signed up here back when they opened initially and they've continued to add and improve on their equipment. All of the staff I've encountered have been extremely polite and happy to assist where they can :)

Brilliant gym! Massive, open 24/7 & lovely staff.

Energie Fitness Archway, need to sort out the showers situation. The shower rooms are too hot and you cannot adjust to cool water, constantly hot, shower cubicles unbearably hot, you come out sweating rather than refreshed, this is no good for health, especially after an intense class. There is only one shower cubicle where shower can be adjusted to cold water, the rest of the shower rooms need to be done the same way - to be able to adjust temperature.

I started training with Artem in February this year. Suffering with chronic back and knee pain I needed some help to elevate this misery. I explained that this journey was about my health and longevity, and knew that it wasn’t going to be a quick fix. Artem was incredible committed to helping me from the start. We communicated at length about my health, past and present, exercise, food, and how to build strength to help repair those affected areas. Artem is an exceptional PT. Focused and very driven. A beast at times, but that equates to progress which I have seen within a good amount of time. I thoroughly enjoy training with Artem and would absolutely recommend him.
I was referred to Lenka for more extensive mobility work my for my back and knees. Running was something I wanted to start doing again but my knees were hindering me. Lenka started coaching me in May this year. We had a consultation and she gave me some excellent advice. She put together a program which included lots of mobility exercises and strength training via the Fitness App. She was also very committed to helping me and continues to do so. Her knowledge and advice in health is excellent. She’s tough, but also very kind. She checks in weekly via the Fitness App (a great app by the way) and is available to answer any queries or worries. It’s been a 5 months since training with Lenka and Artem and my back and knees feel amazing. I still have a journey to go, but it will be worth it. I absolutely recommend working with Lenka. You will not regret it. 🙌🏿🙌🏿

Gym members are generally nice and welcoming.

There needs to be more value for money in the membership. There are limited classes and the personal trainers arrangements are unclear between management and staff. The music is too loud.
