Great location
The gym is very clean, cool and spacious. I like the decor (black and grey/steel effect and that the music isn’t blasted out loud as in other gyms I struggled to hear my own using headphones! If I had to mention one minor disappointment is that the changing room is a bit small and there is only one toilet and one urinal. However for £22.99 per month you can’t pick a better value gym for all it has to offer.

Super friendly gym
Super friendly gym! Made me feel really confident and the PTs are amazing! I really enjoy the classes and my online coach i have.
Ive been going for 4 months now (longest ive ever stuck to a gym) and i will be staying for long term!

Comfort Zone
I recently joined and am enjoying the overall feel of Energise. The 24hr opening works perfectly for my family as we can pop before work and it isn't too busy then as this is a big step for myself and out of my comfort zone. Staff that we have met so far were very helpful. I would recommend this gym with no doubt. Thanks ❤️

Great gym and superb app...
As a new member I can say I'm very happy with energie fitness. The fact it's 24 hours really helps me a lot having work 5 days a week. And their app really helps track my fitness and with all the different exercises on there to help its amazing best gym so far for me.
