“I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys do a really good job. I’m so glad I decided to join your gym. Your on line classes and support have got me through lock down. Both the Énergie Fitness app and Myzone app are very easy use with so many classes to choose from. The Trainers are all great especially in my local Gym in Carlow. Missing the classes by my local instructors
I've found Energie fitness amazing during lockdown. I'm really missing the 45 min HIIT style classes given by my local instructors though. They were a high level of intensity and the 45 mins makes for a good workout. I dont find the 20 mins of the on demand classes of much benefit.
Also the option on Facebook group to watch live or catch up later was invaluable. I'm still watching these back at the moment as I'm not as keen on the on demand classes.
I dont feel like I'm getting my moneys worth without the local classes to be honest.

Wonderful family run gym
I joined Energie Fitness Carlow in August 2019 as a complete beginner. A year and a half later, I'm an addict and have found my family! All the guys couldn't have been more helpful in helping me figure out how to build up my fitness level. And they are great craic too. Even in lockdown, we stay connected and there is so much content on the online platform, you are spoiled for choice so joining now is a great idea even with the gym closed. I can't wait to get back once lockdown is lifted but I know I'm sorted in the meantime with so many classes to choose from.

I have been a member of Énergie Fitness Carlow from the beginning & can’t recommend this gym highly enough. The gym is spotless, great equipment & excellent staff. The online offering is superb so much choice from Énergie Central & the team in Carlow which is a blessing in these times when the gym is closed. Can’t wait to get back keep up the great work guys ❤️

This has been a God send
This has been a God send. I have been a member since it's opening in Carlow and I can only rave about how fantastic it is. From the service, to the choice of equipment, to the cleanliness and the most helpful staff, you can get no better than 100% excellence when joining this gym. The staff alone ( Kevin, Becca, Owen, Paul , Lawrence) make it all worthwhile. Even with this nightmare Covid world we now reside in they have gone above and beyond in keeping me motivated and up-to-date with all their online classes and individual home workouts. They are good for the soul and my mental health ( my body is to sore from Kevin's workouts to comment here) !.Thank you for all your efforts.

Great staff and classes
The staff are very friendly and always there to help. They run a spotless gym with a friendly, fun atmosphere. Online classes are very well done, but can’t wait to get back in to their spin and HITT classes.

Carlow Energie Fitness Review
Quality of staff, equipment and facilities were great. But lacking of equipment such as only having 1 rack for leg and back squats. Lack of room for people to use the dumbbells. Currently there is only a maximum of 3 people at a time which means others have to wait to use it.
