It’s a good gym overall, however the signing in system is not good; as you have to touch the fob to sign in and if you are few mins late for your class; then it doesn’t mark you in and flashes red... Ver más

Wish I could rate it better
I've found that this gym is fine when all is going well but when you have an issue and go to the staff to help sort the response you get is negative. It would have been a great small gym to support but the attitude lets it down.

Great Gym
Recently joined Energie fitness Chingford after checking out a few local Gyms.
So glad I joined. I love the set out.
The staff and personal trainers are very friendly, helpful and encouraging.

My experience in énergie fitness has…
My experience in énergie fitness has been amazing. Good use of equipment and friendly staff especially the personal trainers one in particular called Hasan the PT in the gym really supportive and encouraging and supportive Great to be around with and train with him alongside.

The gym suits my needs but just missing one machine
The gym suits my needs, think there is a lot of useful equipment, however I would really like to see the leg machine that works the inner and outer thighs - lots of women like this machine to target the thighs and I find this one the most comfortable to use - not too hard going on the joints etc. Be nice to see this included!

Wanted to join a gym for a while and…
Wanted to join a gym for a while and chose this gym. I absolutely love it perfect for me and my needs and not like the other gyms were it's to bissy and you can't get on anything or just to bissy in general I don't like bissy places or being round loads of people glad I chose this gym would highly recommend.

shower not very good
The staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional the only thing that lets this gym down is the shower. the water is too hot and cant not be turned down . it is not a power shower and it is on a timer so you have to keep pushing the button in for the shower to work. the pre set shower is only for a few seconds

Good but could have more
A Good small gym. Would be great if the gym had more machines, maybe less spin bikes and instead more useful machines .

Changing room small, only one toilet
for male and female, missing calf raise machine, lying hamstring curl , but overall it's a good gym for your average trainer

Since being back, some of the staff have changed, all of the staff are friendly, but also professional, its a lovely relaxed environment to workout in.
