Perfect location keenly priced
Perfect location keenly priced, friendly employees friendly clients. I would question the purchase of recent machines over for example standing calf raise. If I was a PT I would be visable giving free advice drumming up business, instead you see clients do mad stuff potentially causing self harm but no one is there to advise them.

The place is nice love Trainning there great equipment . But one of the lockers nearly me as it fell on the floor .. ask staff member for help I was told to go get someone else .. to help me no one ever came to me to see if I was ok 🙄.. and still the lockers are not boltted to the walls for safety..

New equipment
For a small local gym, the instructors make the experience feel big and since the introduction of Myzone, the buzz is great 💪🏽

need better selection of classes
need better selection of classes. crazy you cant use certain machines anymore or do certain classes because after rebranding your trying to get more money out of people. no Pilates anymore, no yogo, no summer body blast etc.

From the minute you walk into the gym you’re made feel so welcome , the staff are just amazing , so helpful and encouraging .
The classes are the best I ve ever been to .

I've informed staff about equipment breakages and cracks. Nothing is done. Also there is no water cooler.

Half hour classes, should be 45mins. Also, very hard to choose a class if you decide to go on the day as they're already booked up.

good Gym. Needs improvements.
Taking far too many new customers in for the size of the gym. And I’ve been told there is no water dispenser due to health and safety yet every other gym has one. And been encouraged to purchase bottled water from the fridge is far from good for the environment.
