Great gym
Great gym, feel very clean and safe, occssionally runs out of hsnd sanitiser but quickly refilled.
Only downside is that they have run out of toggles to grant access, alot of people just knock on the door to have another gym member let them in so track snd trace is not possible

Quality first impression
Varying lockdown rules forced me to search more local for my daily workout and I came across this gem. I am a regular gym goer and have been to almost everyone that’s out there. This one feels personable. Most importantly it has well maintained with up to date equipment.
Yes; it is not a big gym with a large range of kit in duplicate. It is kitted out suited to its location and footfall; though this capacity is well managed through the opening hours so I can easily plan my workout times around this by keeping an eye on the numbers in gym when using the app.
The arrangements around Covid is great and gym booking slots managed accordingly- a pain I know, but a very necessary one for now.
Early days, but a quality first impression.

Overall good.
Good gym, could do with more equipment for a varied exercise plan. Also, admin in the changing rooms is not consistent. However, the staff are great and the music during the classes is a nice treat compared to the usual radio music you get in other gyms.

Excellent team and facilities
Excellent team and facilities! I had a knee injury at the start of the year and didn’t feel confident starting the gym on my own after lockdown, so I got a personal trainer. He’s help me so much with helping me get back into the gym and focusing on the right exercises to improve my injury, that’s it’s gave me so much more confidence. The facilities are well looked after and the members take responsibility and look after the equipment, making sure everything is clean and safe with COVID. I’ll feel comfortable with the restrictions and safe.

The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I asked for a programme that meets my needs and not repetitive as I get bored, I got 5! Amazing! All costs were included in the monthly price so no hidden charges as most of the other gyms I have visited charge for programmes. I have been given advise on my diet and the staff are really helping me with my calorie intake. They really are helping me to reach my goals and targets.
The best thing I did was walk through them doors! Thank you 👍

Fab place to go to work out
Fab place to go to work out. Really clean , staff so helpful. The equipment is outstanding . very simple online booking system makes things so easy.

I was shopping around various gyms in the local area and i am glad I decided on this one. Really friendly atmosphere, both the staff and members. The staff greet you by name... Might not be the right name, though 😄
Classes are definitely worth trying and Trail Runs are an amazing experience from the company to the adventures.
Highly recommend giving the gym a go!

Wonderful gym
I love this gym, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere and excellent personal trainers top of the line equipment is always clean and makes it very easy for people who are at all levels to get in shape.
