Its great pleasure to tell you that enrgie fitness is really great place to people who really want to achive their healthy goals. They conduct many classes and really helpfull. Enjoyed johns circuits. All trainers are really good and very friendly and they are very knowledgable..Speacially my pt Skye ,she is doing great job and exceptional.

All the team at energie Erith are super helpful and friendly. Induction with John and cardio blast with Wayne -both super knowledgeable and kind!

Harry & Wayne were very accommodating, they were very friendly and made my experience joining the gym a great one !

Started with a free trial today , Had Harry as a PT he was really clear with his instructions i also felt comfortable to complete the tasks he set for us. We signed up fully now

Been a member 8 years absolutely love it down here. The guys are really helpful love doing John circuits,peles bars and bells and skyes zumba. Would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym.

I have been member at energie fitness for 5 years now. all the staff are really friendly & the classes are great especially circuits with Harry, he’s the best !! everyone supports you & makes sure you are training correctly. The manager Wayne has been a great help along with the team .really recommend.

Skye is an amazing personal trainer, she’s strict, supportive and is always at hand if you need her🥰

Very confident and full of Knowledge that has been very beneficial to learn.
He was very friendly and has definitely made me feel more confident in the gym.

I had an induction with Wayne, he made it really clear for me on how to use certain machines and weights, displaying the form I need to pinpoint certain muscles. It really made me feel more confident starting at the gym.

I have been with energie fitness from day one and no where else I would rather work out. All the staff are amazing. When it comes to classes, I like being pushed further than I can manage on my own and Skye does an excellent job of that 👏 👍

I've been in this GYM since they open many years ago. I've been to most of the clases and all of them are super motivating and give you a meaning of life and potential of be reborn again!I could only say that everyone there is like a family and care for each other! All the staff and PTs are just amazing! Love you all! You are just unique!

My partner and I have been coming to Énergie Fitness Erith for 6 years. There is such a friendly atmosphere it makes going to the gym more pleasant and less like a chore.
The staff feel more like our family, with Dan being the experience, Wayne and John managing day to day, Ian walking quietly around cleaning. Then there is young Harry keen to learn and happy to run the classes with a smile on his face. Pele who does a great job with his PT clients, pushing them with gentle encouragement to perform at their best and he also takes some classes. Last but definitely not least there is Skye who keeps the others motivated, the lively element and a legend PT. The classes are fun not boring and are always pitched perfectly to what people are capable of doing.
The most popular classes are spin and Zumba which are always very lively

Energie Fitness Erith - they are small, local affordable gym. I live locally and been using it for around three years. The staff are all really helpful, enthusiastic, helpful and approachable. Have got me through some tough times with health, injuries and willing to help facilitate my training and I thank them especially - Wayne, John, Pele, Harry and Skye (who tries to keeps them all in check). Ha ha
