Great welcome tour very welcoming gym.
Proper gym people workout hard no waiting to use equipment
Heavy bag room is superb great variety of heavy bags.
Treamills with screens is a great touch

I have been a member now for over a year. I have chronic illness that means I can’t make it in for around a month every 12 weeks and have to start from ground zero each time. Callum is my PT there, he is very understanding and always helps to rebuild my confidence and spirit when I am off my feet. I always feel better after a PT session or a class. I am hoping to get back to boxing soon. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you. :)

Just wanted to feedback that I come to Energie Fitness to come to Maureen Stevenson's classes, I am also member of David Lloyd. I only came to Maureen's classes at Energie Fitness.Her classes are absolutely superb she has made such a difference to my health & fitness thank you Maureen ❣️

A fantastic gym with really helpful and professional staff.
This gym has recently been refurbished and is looking fantastic. The support you get from the staff is excellent. There is a great variety of classes and the equipment and layout is fantastic.
There is a really good friendly vibe to the gym.

I’ve been a member at énergie for years now and can easily say it’s one of the best . It’s got so much to offer, the classes are fab , I especially enjoy boxing which is for any level of fitness, Chris takes time to help everyone progress . The new weights area is brilliant, so much choice , loving the new layout . Brilliant staff always happy to help and with a smile 😀

Energie fitness is a great gym and the staff are all extremely helpful. My partner and I are training for the London Marathon and we got shown around all the equipment by the manager so we don't cause any injurys to ourselves. The availability of machines is excellent and when needing assistance there is always someone available.

As a new member I really am enjoying getting back to the gym. I really like the staff, the ones I have met so far are all very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is not about the staff or the gym itself it is that on more than 1 occasion I have been at the gym and watched gentlemen work out very sweaty and not cleaning the equipment after they are finished using it.

The staff are chatty and always upbeat. The fitness classes are always 110%. énergie Fitness always has a great vibe. The people who are taking part in fitness classes are friendly. I can highly recommend énergie Fitness. It will always make you feel welcome. énergie Fitness is also in a easy to get to location. It's 2 min walk from Thornliebank train station. There is also a bus stop nearby which is 1 min from the train station. The gym is near the main street. It’s only a 5 mins walk and there is a Greggs, Subway and a Pub.

Lovely gym. Really open and friendly. Great staff who are really knowledgeable and happy to help you out. There is a ridiculous amount of equipment! Best gym I've been in.

Great gym that suits my needs with no fuss. If you are serious about keeping fit, this is the gym.
