I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years now and this has been the best gym I have been too. The gym is clean and have latest equipments. The staff especially Mark has been so amazing and always very helpful. Due to medical reasons I couldn't go to the gym for few months but the support that was provided to me during this time has been just incredible. Thank you Mark and team.

Overcrowded and not much equipment

Excellent gym with really great facilities. There are plenty of machines and regular classes which are super easy to book through the app. The gym is in a prime location, and the staff are all wonderful.

Finally found a decent gym! Friendly staff, sign up was simple, mobility class is decent.

Smaller gym than I'm used to but the equipment is high end. No problems so far!

1.Fantastic Gym equipment and center hayes town transportation for every one client's excellent.
2.Feature improvements if possible sauna add then more better and excellent.

I have been to many different gyms and this one is by far the best. All the staff are very friendly and I was given a tour when I signed up. The manager in particular made a lot of effort and I immediately realised that he puts his heart and soul into his work. As a woman, I also feel very comfortable in this gym and enjoy taking part in the Zumba classes. The Zumbatrainer is very motivating and it's just fun. I can only recommend this gym to others.

Been training for two years in this gym. Fantastic gym, fantastic people and amazing customer service. I would give this gym more than five stars if I could but it wouldn’t let me!

Great gym, great customer service, friendly staff members

Joined the Hayed gym having been assured weekend classes were available as I cannot attend in the week, this transpired to not be the case and was misled to ensure I become a member. I have emailed the gym TWICE as this was the sole reason for joining and wish to cancel, still zero acknowledgement or response, shocking customer service.
