Great gym!
Really nice staff, always polite and friendly.
Hayley who did my induction was super helpful when answering questions and showing me how to use all the equipment, and theres always someone on hand to if you have any questions or queries. Great job Energie Fitness Hoddesdon Team.
Theres loads of equipment to use, and lots of classes to go to if you want. Sessions are super easy to book on the app.
A great gym to go to, with friendly people and staff.

No matter what time I go to the gym…
No matter what time I go to the gym thay always greet you with a smile and Thay change the music every day to 80s to house to the lasteat tunes I normally get borax go gym and only last a week but I’ve been going 3 weeks now and love going

Joined about a month ago. Friendly atmosphere, enough machines for people to use , and clean. Worth the money.

Decent no frills gym in the centre of town
Decent no frills gym (weights, cardio and classes). Changing room and shower are basic so prob better to shower at home if you can.

Nice and clean
Nice and clean, not crowded, so you can easily make a booking, the staff is outgoing, not pricey at all, I recommend!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, always welcoming and helpful. Plenty of machines and free weights, sometimes have to wait your turn but never too long. Very good at keeping everything sanitised.
