I only have a question and a criticism, I have to do the Dumbbell Deep Squat, but I'm never able to do it, because there is always a class, because there is this support where not the classes, I could have it in the gym space, I don't see it with so much availability and coherence since whenever I need to use it I can't.

Fantastic
Where do I start!! Started Strength Training 12 week camp and I am loving it - each week it makes me push myself. Nick & Matt are so encouraging and fantastic PTs. Can’t wait to see where week 12 leads me - and who knows I just might join the next 12 week group! Friendly gym goers also. Just wish more slots for yoga as it’s always fully booked.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the 12 fitness plan and really enjoying it. My personal trainer Fiona is great, she is friendly and knows how to make you feel at ease and gives great advice and support.

Fantastic staff and fantastic gym!
From initial meeting right through to being given a programme was excellent, the facilities are fantastic, the staff are very helpful and approachable.
As a bigger guy trying to lose weight the thought of the gym was intimidating but not anymore! Been made to feel really welcome!

I have been going to énergie for a month now after my husband recommending it to me.
I am doing the 12 week transformation programme with Craig who has helped create a programme suitable for me ensuring I’m comfortable with what I am doing. I can’t thank Craig enough for his friendly yet professional manner and also encouraging me.
I have been made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped in the gym. Énergie is a friendly gym with fantastic staff, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good gym.
