I joined energies fitness about 2 weeks ago making a switch from another gym, and it’s one of the best moves I made. I dealt with Lee and Tom mostly who are very friendly and easy to talk to. The meme era are friendly and all the staff are very friendly. Thank you to the staff of LB energies fitness for providing an amazing service. Highly recommend.

It would be great to have at least one seated calf raise machine for use

The staff is very friendly and professional. The reason for my evaluation is the basis of the equipment.
I think it would be important to replace the equipment and put it in a different order would be ideal.

Never been into a gym in my entire life as felt it a bit daunting ,but absolutely love it ,the staff are friendly helpful and welcoming. I feel energised after going and has improved my mental health. Never felt the need to go as I generally can eat what I like and not gain weight but there's more to it than weight, its all about fitness as well and feel less tired now than before I went.

A very nice gym, well equipped and you can do your exercises with no stress. The staff there is nice and it's very welcoming.

Really great little local gym. Super good variety of kit that caters for a wide range of people. Definitely worth giving it a go if you live near one.
