Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic PT options. Supports nhs workers. Up to date equipment. Staff always available to help. Very clean. Good opening hours.

Poor management very rude attitude. Stay away just trustme or you’ll regret it. They only want your money. Pathetic attitude will never recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been using the Yard classes for…
I have been using the Yard classes for nearly a year. Love them. Always changing and lots of variations at each session.
I mainly go during the day so my classes are with Andy and Lucy. Both fantastic instructors. Love it. Love it. Love it. 😊

Couldn’t recommend this gym any more ,i love the yard classes and only just started spin aswel and loving it !!!! Best gym around !!! 💪 great atmosphere and staff are so friendly .

Equipment and weights are good and glad…
Equipment and weights are good and glad to see the boxing studio. The main thing that stops this from being 4 or 5 stars is the lack of variety in the classes. Yard, spin or run only. Would be nice to see something like a boxfit come back or body combat come in. A few more things that give an interesting cardio option.

I beleive these guys have done amazing…
I beleive these guys have done amazing job turning this gym right around!! Its amazing I love going there everyone is very very friendly which is great....who wants to go to a gym where it is awkward?? NOT ME!!
YESSS I have raved about them and only rated a 4 star the only reason for this is when booking onto classes then I'm wait listed for only to find out that lots of people didn't turn up when I could have gone, you win some you lose some I guess it's hard to police something.

Amazing 100%
All of the facilities, classes and staff are amazing. When there is an issue staff go out of their way to ensure the best outcome available. Open and welcoming, causing me to feel so comfortable especially with my own social anxiety’s. 100% fantastic!

Facilities are much improved after the recent refit but what really makes this place is the comradery between the staff and all the gym goers. It's a friendly place and the team know their stuff. Highly recommended
Just avoid Darren - he's a little odd :)

Having joined the gym predominantly use…
Having joined the gym predominantly use the Yard I have been there from day one when Danny stated the classes the instructors the classes are fantastic but the only down side recently is being able to book on classes they are all booked up I understand this is a business and has grown dramatically but fear you may lose people if classes are not always available it is not a Criticism but may be as the business grows facilitate either more classes or a bigger area but on the whole a great place to train and improve all round fitness strength etc.

The gym has improved a lot over the last year
The gym has improved a lot over the last year but I would like to see an area where we can go & exercise now that we have lost the small room to boxing .The studio or the Yard as it is now called is ok but is always laid out for a class & can sometimes off putting.
