Amazing facilities, really friendly staff and fantastic community.

Great staff and facilities, the only issue is the the gym code for replacing the plates on the correct stations. You can spend way too long looking for your desired plate as they are often mixed up and all over the place. Also some of the free weight machines are left loaded up by the previous user so you have to unload before you can start using the machine. Admittedly small issues for me but other gym users may struggle unloading plates before doing their sets .

This is a great gym. I work in Letchworth at least two weeks a month and use this gym while I am in town. Clean, friendly staff, brand new equipment. Can’t say a bad word about it

The staff are friendly including the cleaners, the gym is clean as well as the equipment,easy access with the facial recognition, a great environment. its a great place to workout

Every visit so far has been fine. I haven’t had much liaison with your staff yet as I just come in and get on with my work out. Showers are clean and I have no complaints.

Clean new gym. Could benefit from wider selection of kettlebells and half an hour earlier opening time would be great! Nice, friendly group of staff and gym goers. Basic membership is good value but the top level one leaves a lot to be desired if you’re expecting a good pt!

Nice, new gym in Letchworth Garden City with good equipment, friendly staff/P.Ts. I would like to suggest a few more cleaning stations and a hanging punch/kick bag or two.

I was member Energy Fitness a year ago in different area. This place is new equipments, easy to use, modern and good value. All staff are lovely and actively. Highly recommended to join!

Nice layout, all the equipment you need and very approachable helpful staff 🙂

Its a good gym. Negatives are that there is no heavy bag for boxing, which i was told there would be when i joined. Also there needs to be more weight plate storage, as there often isn't much space to put plates back. (i suppose this shows how many plates there are!)
These are minor points then and overall the gym is brilliant. Never too busy to do what you want, plenty of equipment and a well stocked free weights area
