Having been with the gym since it first opened, I must say it has gone from strength to strength.
The staff are always happy to help and their exercise classes are encouraging.

The gym needs some sort of maintenance
The gym needs some sort of maintenance. If a machine breaks, it won’t be fixed within 6 months. All the free weights are either completed shredded or missing a few. The water fountain is extremely slow.

This gym needs to be brought back to a good standard.
A lot of the equipment is damaged or broken making it dangerous to use, the free weight cable attachments are wearing out to a dangerous point where they could break and cause an accident. Nearly half of the ceiling lights are not working making it very dim inside. Most of the time there's no paper towels. If all these things were addressed properly then I would definitely give it more stars but as it stands two stars is more than enough. This gym need a serious makeover to bring it back up to standard

Good gym, adequate machines.
Will like to see speedy repairing of the equipment when broken, like one half of the cable pulley machine being faulty for more than a week.

Great gym
Great gym, staff always very friendly. Only feedback would be previous gyms I’ve attended have provided wet wipes to clean the machines down when finished, only blue roll provided here which just moves sweat around rather than cleans it. All in all great gym though and very happy I joined!

Lots of equipment to used and a great variety of classes available every day. It would be nice to have more punch bags in the gym.

The actual gym is great
The actual gym is great. Plenty of equipment and good variety. Early opening hours work well.
Down side changing rooms could be improved - showers / lighting.
With the threat of coronovirus needs to be alot more availability of wipes for equipment/ alcohol gel and overall improvement in cleanliness.

Some of the equipment is in need of repair , but for the price i suppose its not to bad , could do with staff asking members to put used weights back though, very annoying

I personally dont come to the gym my husband does and I pay his membership.
But he doesnt have any problems he says the staff and very polite and very helpful.
