It’s an amazing gym. I have amazing workout equipment and calisthenics area. It have good classes. I mainly like this gym because I mainly do calisthenics myself.

A great gym with spacious place to workout, up to date equipment with sanitising features around.
I love that all the classes are included. Jim and the girls are always helpful with my inquiries.

The friendliest gym in Cork
Excellent facilities, really friendly staff who always remember your name and welcome you with a smile. I was with another gym in Cork City before and their staff were very rude. Energie Midleton are the exact opposite. Me and my girlfriend love Energie Fitness and will stay members for a long time.

Well equipped gym with lovely helpful team members
Well equipped, affordable gym with almost everything you need to remain fit. Well maintained, Clean and the most friendly staff you could ever find in gym. Best thing is they have In gym and online classes every day.

When I joined this gym I was instantly…
When I joined this gym I was instantly greeted daily and welcomed 😊 It can be intimidating joining a new gym and I felt straight away at ease. Everyone in this gym is so lovely!!
