It’s an amazing gym. I have amazing workout equipment and calisthenics area. It have good classes. I mainly like this gym because I mainly do calisthenics myself.

Lovely friendly gym
Lovely friendly gym. Great equipment and the staff are excellent. Only thing is the classes are alway full with a large waiting list on the app.

I really like going to Energie…
I really like going to Energie Fitness-Midleton. I attended Zumba classes, unfortunately I had to quit because the group was full. He has absolutely no control over it.

Friendly Staff, Clean gym
Love coming to the gym. Been attending classes for over a year and really see how my fitness levels have improved. Staff really friendly. Gym really clean. Only negative is that music repetitive in classes. Some new music would be great.

Good gym but one flaw.
I like the gym, the price is OK but they really need to look at offering rates for couples/families.
I asked recently was there a reduction fir couples to be told no.
At the moment my Wife and now teenage Son would like to join a gym but if its a single rate x3 then we'd be better off joining a local leisure centre/Spa for these prices.
To the owners please look at this.

Great place, fantastic prices. I lost my first stone with them. There is still another 5 to go 😂 but now I know I can do that💪 Fully recommended!!!

The gym is quiet a busy gym which can…
The gym is quiet a busy gym which can make it difficult access the equipment. I find it quiet difficult to fully complete my workout each day due to this. I attend usually in the middle of the day around 3pm.
The gym is very clean and equipment is labelled well with instructions on how to use.
I would love to attend the classes if there were some provided mid day.

I'm pleased I joined as the staff are…
I'm really pleased I joined as the staff are professional, friendly and very helpful.
The gym is kept clean & I've noticed members also clean the machines after they use them which is great to see.
I haven't had a chance to try the classes yet but from the red faces passing me I can only assume they're good.

I have not been with the Gym long
I have not been with the Gym long, but staff very friendly and welcoming. The Gym itself is very clean and equipment all in good working condition.

Great Gym
Has everything someone needs. It’s always clean and it’s rare something is out of order. Staff are v helpful. Bigger dressing rooms would be nice but not a major issue.
