Énergie Fitness great Gym...
Since lockdown I have put on weight so wanted a clean affordable gym. This gym is ideal, it is local, affordable, clean and most of all, I feel safe when working out due to the air conditioning filtration system. Covid has caused mental health issues and with the distancing measures and new cardio equipment and zoned areas, I find I have a variety of machines I can use and are easy to operate, plus, never a struggle to find a space or machine. The app to book visits is also easy to use. I recommend this gym to anyone wanting to join as I am late 50’s and this gym is great, plus the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially James, thank you for making my visits enjoyable 👍

Perfect gym for everyone.
Have been a member of énergie fitness since it opened and I love going every morning before work. I’m always greeted by a smiling member of staff at the welcome desk and all the gym instructors are more than happy to offer advice and tips without being overbearing at the same time.
Max has set me a great plan to work on and we meet every 4 weeks to reevaluate and go again. Nina the nutritionalist is also extremely helpful and has some great recipes ideas. I haven’t personally worked with Aldine and Lazaro but they’ve given me advice and always seem very welcoming and have a great rapport with their clients. Since the start of January I’ve lost just shy of 3 stone and I know I will get to where I want to be with the help of all at Energie fitness.

The best gym in town - friendly staff, superb facilities, clean and tidy
The best gym in town - there is no doubt about that. Friendly staff, great new equipment. The temperature is just right, not too hot or cold. Very clean. Any issues are quickly dealt with and the staff are extremely polite.
The gym is simply a different level from anything around here.

Energy fitness have been very welcoming, all members of staff are approachable and are always more than happy to help with anything that you ask. The gym it self is spacious and the equipment is extensive. I have recently joined since the restrictions had lifted and have found everything I was looking for in this gym. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, it’s clean, great equipment and all members including staff clean the equipment after use. Another benefit is that it’s monitored so the gym is not at full capacity resulting in no wait times using any gym equipment. I highly recommend them and TEAM Énergie keep up the good work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Most Homely Gym I've been a member of!
Energie Fitness has extremely exceeded my expectations.
1) The Monthly cost is incredible for what you get.
2) The cleanliness of the gym is great.
3) The quality of the equipment just wowed me.

Brilliant gym
Brilliant gym - very helpful and friendly staff. The equipment is modern and perfect for people of all abilities. The facilities are second to none! extremely convenient location and the health and safety during these COVID times are impeccable - the gym is always very clean!

Excellent Staff & great equipment
As this gym opened after the easing of lockdown (April 2021), the staff is very good in keeping up with the COVID-secure measures. The gym equipment is regularly wiped down after every use. The gym also large enough so one doesn't feel like you are rubbing shoulders with other gym-users.
The real deal for me is the staff, They are all so friendly & helpful.
The changing rooms & shower facilities are great too.
