Energie Wokingham has been amazing since my previous gym closed. The staff have made me feel so welcome and have organised low impact classes to help me achieve my fitness goals.

You are made very welcome from the outset and always help and advice to hand should support be required.

Greeted upon arrival and when working out always someone around to help you! Nice atmosphere good equipment and the best vibes to feel energised! Always a cheery smile and good bye at the end! Clean, nice orderly gym! Highly recommend! Great personal trainers on hand!

This place has a great community

After not being in a gym for quite some time, I found the atmosphere and staff really friendly. They are really welcoming, chatty and happy to help with any questions that you might have. One of the most welcoming gyms I've ever been in.

Friendly staff, clean gym and changing rooms, good range of equipment, and the classes are really good too!
I was nervous joining and using the equipment to start with, but now I feel a lot more confident having attended classes, and also used a range of equipment.

Joined to add in strength training to my fitness. Great range and quality of kit for all types of training, love the Learn to Lift classes to get to meet other members and get tips on training, all staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Been with this gym just under 2 weeks now and at first I was a little nervous not having been in a gym for a long time… but I’ve never been to a more friendlier gym! Shout out to James for introducing me and making me feel welcome & a bigger thanks to Charly for pushing me & helping me build confidence as I probably would have quit by now if I was doing it solo!!

Well planned setup, equipments have enough distanced, equipments always available and not crowded. Good crowd with very co operAtive staff. No regrets joining this gym but glad.

Recently joined and loving it! All the trainers are super helpful and encouraging and focused on everyone getting as much as possible from each class and visit.

The staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Since joining Énergie my mental health and confidence have increased significantly, not to mention my physical strength!
The equipment is unreal and if there’s a new piece of kit you’re not sure how to use the staff will kindly give you a demonstration.
The hydro massage beds and the fit 3D body scan are such a added and welcomed bonus.
I would totally recommend Énergie Wokingham to anyone that will listen!

The Learn to Lift class is empowering to anyone who has ever felt even slightly intimidated by the weight equipment in the gym. Taught by experienced women, the class is for anyone who needs to learn to lift. I've gained SO much confidence, both from the instructors and from the other class participants. A sense of community is building around this class and I find it quite rewarding. I hope this class continues for a long time and would encourage consideration of more classes or variants on the class. I realise the class is instructor intensive, so do know that we appreciate all the effort!

Good gym, Box area music played too loud so you can’t hear your own music easily.

A little busy in the evenings but otherwise OK

I joined Énergie Fitness in Wokingham in March 2022 with the sole purpose of getting fit to climb Kilimanjaro.
Stuart kindly provided me with an introductory session and got me started with some basic exercises to improve my core strength and balance, which I followed for four months.
The staff are always friendly and the equipment was great, especially the step climber which, coupled with long walks helped me build up my leg strength. The gym was never too busy at the times I visited.
Overall it has been a great experience and I am pleased to say I successfully climbed Kilimanjaro in August this year.
