Quick and reliable service with lots of great products.

This company offers a wide range of Aquasana products in the UK. I've been using the counter top filtration system as well the shower filter for years at this point and am quite happy with both products.

Energiseyourlife.com is great because, in my experience, they process orders quickly and reliably. In case of any issues, their Customer Service Team provides the necessary support. I definitely recommend shopping there if you ever need a good quality appliance for your home. Many thanks to energiseyourlife.com.

"Lost item" Avoid!!!!!!

Took money and item never received. "Lost item"
Had to contact credit card company for refund as refused to refund until item was received back to the company.
Ordered through Hurom.co.uk webpage. Item was dispatched by Energise your life. Card statement said "juicers". Phone number comes up as avivawater.co.uk. Make up your own minds about what this sounds like...

Scam ,
Order 35633 Items which shaw as available , 17 days later after making atempt to call and cancel via payment - paypall still in hell.

Never order from them .
Drop shipping little company very arrogant.

Also Thank you for your reply and investigating the case.Checking your web page show pre order now, not at the time of my order.You should be more polite to your customers over the phone as you may left with none.

I have investigated into your order, 35633 and can confirm that you placed a pre-order for 1 x AlkaViva H2 Replacement UltraWater Pre-Filter and 1 x AlkaViva H2 Replacement UltraWater Main Filter which is the reason why you have not received your order yet. You called and spoke to a colleague in the Sales team who tried to explain to you that you had placed a pre-order. However, you were unwilling to listen to her. Your order has been cancelled and the full refund has been issued via Paypal which you will have received by now. Hence, we are not a scam company. It is unfortunate that inspite of it clearly stating in red text above the 'add to cart' button that you are placing a pre-order that customers seem to miss reading that vital information.

Placed an order through PayPal, no email confirmation received from energise your life. Sent them an email asking if order has gone through, no response. Tried ringing and no answer. Guess I’ll be chasing a refund through PayPal.

Thank you for your email. I have checked your order and it was placed on the 15th of April at 6.40pm. We dispatched it on the 16th of April through Royal Mail. As you paid for standard delivery which is 3-5 working days this should be delivered shortly.

I did see that you put through a refund on PayPal however all emails confirming the order and shipping would have been sent through to the email you used when going through checkout. These were sent, so I would suggest they may be in your junk email box. Also, any emails you did send to us should be sent through to support@energiseyourlife.com, and we would have promptly responded. I saw that you sent it to another email, which is not monitored. All of our contact details can be found on our website under Contact Us.

Regarding the phone call, we have checked our systems with call logs and can see that all calls have been answered over the past few days.

I hope that solves your issue however if you do need anything further please do get in contact with us.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company and AWFUL…

Absolutely TERRIBLE company and AWFUL customer service. Received 2x Vacuum storage jug and pumps. Worked fine the first few days and then stopped sealing after leaving it in the fridge for a few hours. I’d go to get the jugs out of the fridge and the lids would be loose. Customer service (namely Julia and Sara) are ignorant, rude and obtrusive. They will not accept that the jugs are faulty and will only accept a return for “testing” where it’s then my word against theirs. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company at ALL costs and make sure you checkout with PayPal if you want extra consumer protection. I would not recommend or endorse this company who are scamming their customers, read all of the other bad reviews of them on here and Trustpilot!!!!

I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. I have looked into the email correspondence in regards to your issue with the support team and as you rightly pointed out you confirmed in your initial email that both jugs were working fine initially. I can see that as it was impossible to confirm the fault remotely, my colleague Julia from the support team sent you the necessary shipping labels to send both jugs to the Service Department for testing as we have never faced such an issue that two jugs received by the same customer are not holding the vacuum seal. It was only after you were sent the shipping labels, that you sent a photo of one of the lids of the jug confirming that the valve was missing which was the reason why the jugs were not holding the vacuum seal. My colleague, Sara explained to you that without the valves, the jugs would not hold the vacuum seal at all. So, the fact that they initially worked fine confirms that the valves were present when you first received the jugs. I can see from your recent email received today that you confirmed that you had located the valves which were taken out for cleaning by your wife and so Sara advised that if there was still an issue, then you could certainly send the vacuum jugs to the Service Department for testing. However, the jugs should function as expected and as they did when you initially received them if you put the valves back into the lids. Hence, I am unclear in regards to your review as it seems like you have resolved the problem by locating the missing valves and you were also, given the option to send the jugs for testing if there was still an issue with them. Nevertheless, I can only apologise if you still felt that the support team did not assist you.

Energise your life also trading as aviva water. BEWARE. This is my 3rd ever review, wouldn’t do them but the customer service has been appaling.
Read a few reviews of the water ionizer there selling and was all good.

1. It turned up with a foreign fitting you can’t adapt to this countries plumbing, I’m a plumber and after arguing with them at first they sent the correct part out.

2. Received new part fit it then started testing the machine wasn’t doing what it was supposed to was producing alkaline water that has the same PH as drain cleaner, to which when told aviva about this they said “that’s amazing no other water lonizer can do that” ridiculous.

3. They accepted that something wasn’t right, to which it must of been my fault. Piped it up wrong. Again this is a DIY product that you could fit with limited skill. 3 pipes and 2 are a different size that couldn’t be mixed up. Again am a plumber and agreed to do a video of how it’s piped up which the manufacturer agreed it was piped correctly.

4. This is within a week of dealing with them would of been from day 1 if I hadn’t had to wait for the correct fittings and wait for the video to be sent to manufacturer to be checked, they’ve refused to take the machine back and wouldn’t give me the return address.

5. Sent 30+ emails shot 4 videos and countless photos they accept that’s somethings not right and give me an ultimatium of needing to get the machine back to them in 10 days. I was working away and went for a weekend break to be met with you’ve missed the deadline and your return for a refund has expired.

6. Thankfully I purchased this on a credit card and are in the process of charging back the item.

The managers attitude is disgraceful no help whatsoever. Please beware and stay away from giving any money to
This company. The machine was an alkaviva and am in the process of emailing them to let them know what kind of company they are letting distribute there product I. The uk.

No refund or redelivery for item never received

We paid for an item but never received it. When we asked for help from customer services, we were refused a refund or redelivery. Instead, we were sent a picture of a package outside of a random building (not ours) and told it was our problem now. Despite us explaining that we have not received the item or been able to recover it after reasonable attempts, the company will not refund us.
