First time using this site, purchase was simple and the item arrived less than 24 hrs later, which was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely use again.

This juicer gets all the juice out perfectly and is so easy to use and clean. Really pleased with it

We bought a water filter recently.
We had already bought the same water filter in continental Europe. However, on this occasion, we 've encountered a problem, and within 2 days from the purchase we sent a video to Energise your Life, i.e. AQUASANA, demanding a part replacement.
These extremely NASTY people firstly stated they had not received our video, then insisted that the video was not showing a problem, then they needed a 2nd video. We are disgusted with this lot; you buy from Energise your life at your own peril !! Hopefully for yourself, you will stay away from Energise your life !

I bought an Excalibur dehydrator from them a month ago. The website was misleading. It was showing the product as available so I purchased it on Saturday – only to get a phone call on Monday that they haven’t got it. I was very surprised as the payment was accepted. I was asked if I would like the dehydrator in another colour – white instead of black, as they don’t know when they are going to have next delivery from the US. That was confusing as on their website the white dehydrator was showing as sold out. The Customer Services (if you can call them that way) informed me that they have one in stock – so I agreed.

The product came damaged – I took photos and listed various problems. Unfortunately the company did whatever they could to fob me off. It was incredibly stressful and unpleasant – it took a lot of my time and effort to deal with it. The Customer Service has been very bad and I would never buy from them again.

Please be aware everyone. Their lowest price promise is misleading not entirely honest! Saw a product which I saw on ebay by the products' official UK distributor at a lower price, Asked to price match and they refused making their lowest price promise not worth the paper it is written on!

Appalling service.Customer service is non existent we have been lied to telephone conversations regarding resolving an issue which they have never intended on resolving.My Mangers are in a meeting , I cnat understand you etc etc all excuses .Steer clear and buy through a reputable seller sucha Amazon or John Lewis you may pay a little more but believe me is worth it.

I have tried to be reasonable I will now pursue my matter further

Ciężko jest chyba sobie wyobrazić gorszy sklep, z jeszcze bardziej beznadziejnym serwisem i podejściem do klienta. Sklep sprzedaje wyciskarki do soków i oferuje na nie oraz wszystkie części eksploatacyjne bardzo atrakcyjne oferty gwarancyjne. Jest to niezły wabik i na pewno spora cześć kupujących daje się na to nabrać (niestety ja tez). Nie wierzcie w to!!! Sprzęt się psuje, sklep zbywa klienta (w tym wypadku mnie), kłamie w żywe oczy, a na koniec urywa jakikolwiek kontakt. To chyba sprawdzony schemat, który jest praktykowany podczas każdego zgłoszenia gwarancyjnego.

Wszystkim niezdecydowanym doradzam zastanowienie się nad skorzystaniem z usług tego sklepu. Jeżeli chcecie uniknąć problemów, szczerze odradzam. Ja niestety się się naciąłem i zakupiona w sklepie Energise your Life (energiseyourlife.com) wyciskarkę mogę po prostu zutylizować.
Szkoda, ze muszę dać jedna gwiazdkę – jest to dużo za dużo.
