Not as expected for £600
Followed dentists information, tbh enlighten did make my teeth a few shades whiter. Week or so later, the yellowing is coming back.
Definitely not worth £600!!. Yet another teeth cosmetic company over priced, with poor results.

There are several factors that can affect the longevity but the most common reason for early relapse is superficial bleaching: meaning the teeth did not achieve the point where they can’t go any whiter. We recommend consulting with your dentist to assess the cause and discuss any necessary follow-up steps. As part of our process, your dentist remains your key point of support, and we’re here to assist them if needed.

Disappointing
I'm not blown away by the toothpaste and serum. I've not seen any significant improvements to the whiteness of my teeth.

We’re sorry to hear you haven’t seen the results you were expecting. We want to clarify that our toothpaste and serum are not intended as whitening products. Enlighten White is formulated to lift surface stains, resulting in brighter teeth, and to maintain whitening results following treatment. The Enlighten Serum is designed to address sensitivity.
These products do not target deeper discoloration or yellowing that may require professional whitening treatment.
If you're seeking more noticeable whitening effects, we recommend considering a professional treatment with your dentist.

I can't comment yet on the efficacy of this product as I've only just received it,however, it arrived promptly and efficiently packaged.
1 week of continued use twice a day and without doubt there is improvement.

Disappointed with the shade of my teeth
When I finished my treatment my dentist said I had not reached the recommended shade of of B1they took photos to send to enlighten but still not heard anything since the 16th of December & feel disappointed.

I used enlighten products following consultation with my dentist. Initially I was really happy with the results but a month on and I can’t say I’m that impressed. It definitely doesn’t look like my teeth have been whitened. For £600 I personally don’t think it was worth it, which is a shame because I really expected to see a difference that would last.

It’s important to note that B1 can appear differently depending on factors such as lighting, skin tone, and individual perceptions. Additionally, results can sometimes be influenced by underlying factors that we, as gel manufacturers, cannot foresee without assessing your teeth which is where your dentist’s expertise and assessment comes in. When you contacted your dentist what did they say? Have they come up with a suggested solution to your issue at all?

Teeth are slightly lighter, best I can say. Went back to dentist purchased 2 top up tubes at a cost of £200, alas still slightly whiter. Very expensive fail

We understand that negative experiences can arise for different reasons. I was wondering if either of the following applied to you:
Delivery Issues: While we carefully select trusted delivery partners, human errors like address misentries or driver mistakes can occasionally occur, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
Underwhelming Whitening Results: Our products are highly recommended by dentists, but results can vary due to factors like insufficient or superficial bleaching, clinical conditions, or even unrealistic expectations. If you’re open to working with us and your dentist, we can often suggest solutions.
Toothpaste Expectations: While Enlighten White is excellent for removing external stains like coffee or tea, it doesn’t whiten teeth internally. That requires professional whitening with specific active ingredients, only available through a registered dentist.
Providing Dentist Issues: Dentists may adapt treatments based on their clinical judgment, which sometimes differs from our recommendations. While we can guide you, treatment specifics are ultimately up to the dentist.
Sensitivity Concerns: High sensitivity might indicate a clinical issue your dentist should have addressed. Our desensitisers typically help, but additional solutions may be needed with your dentist’s input.

Great product!
Using many years, both serum and whitening toothpaste, at first recommended by my dentist, and I love it!
Drinking red wine and black coffee and I got no stains! Also it take care of my enamel so well!!!! I normally don’t bother with reviewers but this product you must have! And yet, you want your teeth to stay healthy and looking glam right? This products has it all ;)

Disappointing
Despite really lovely and helpful customer service from the company, unfortunately I can’t leave a more favourable review as the treatment simply didn’t work for me. I was given an additional 2 weeks of treatment to help my teeth whiten but they are still nowhere close to the shade advertised. I feel very disappointed that I have spent over £500 with very little to show for it. For context, my teeth were not badly stained to begin with and I was given no reason to believe that the treatment plan would not work for me. Though my teeth did appear a little whiter and brighter during and immediately after my treatment, they are now almost back to the shade I began with.

Early relapse usually is a sign of superficial bleaching which means that the teeth have not achieved the saturation point. This can be due to various reasons. Has your dentist assessed your shade and concluded that you have not reached B1 shade? If so, what was their suggested course of action?

Amazing product! I completed my enlighten treatment earlier this week and I just wanted to thank enlighten for my new smile! I always struggled with my teeth being too yellow and the other treatments I have had, gave me a lot of sensitivity, to the point where I had to stop the treatment, but not with enlighten. I had almost no sensitivity and worked within 3 weeks. Thank you enlighten!
