Not the best experience overall
Things started out well enough. I noticed the biggest change in brightness/colour during week 1 with the week 1 gel. Week 2 was going well until the midway point when I then started to see some loss in the brightness and teeth started to look a little dull. The sensitivity and gum soreness started to hit around this time aswell. It wasn't too bad that I couldn't handle it though. I completed the 3 weeks and still had over 1/3 gels left in all my syringes. I'm sure I was using enough, I don't have big teeth.
Had my follow up appointment with my dentist and we both agreed I wasn't at the B1, was A2 or A3 from what I remember. But when I told them I had 1/3 of gels left in my syringes she advised me to go again from week 1 until week 3 until all gels were finished. So I did this and got another 5-6 days from each syringe. Again I noticed the biggest change in brightness with the week 1 stuff and things started to stall from midway week 2. The whitening wasn't really uniform, I'd notice the lower half of the bottom teeth and some upper teeth would be visibly darker than the top parts and yellowing was still clearly visible on some teeth.
I went back to my dentist again after this, thinking I must be one of the difficult cases I've read about while reading up on enlighten whitening. My dentist has now told me this is the best result I will probably get from enlighten which wasn't great to hear. It's not a B1. She said the enamel is thinner where the yellowing remains and recommended composite bonding.
Even with the bonding though if I'm not at a B1 with any of my teeth I'm not sure I'll get the result I was hoping for. And I'm wondering what happens going forward with the top up routine for enlighten? If I get the bonding work done will my gel trays still fit me?
Im just not in a good place right now with the results I have gotten for the money the system cost me. And there seemingly being no options left for me with enlighten evo4

My amazing dentist spoke with me about teeth whitening and I deicide to give Enlighten a go.
Not sure what I expected. Wasn't fully onboard. Guess I was sceptical after living with off white coloured teeth for so long.
Wow. I should have started sooner!
I'd say I started noticing a difference in the first week. During the second week, distinct change.
I did start experiencing sensitivity but only mild and the pen sorted it out pretty quickly.
I'm now on final day of week three and my teeth look amazing. And healthy.
I will start with the whitening toothpaste tomorrow and beyond.
Only point I'm confused about is potential topping up as there is hardly any serum left for weeks two and three...
Other than that, amazing and 100% recommend.

Enlighten tooth paste
Quick delivery. Tastes ok because it says not to rinse your mouth after brushing which I usually do but it was ok not doing that. I felt it quickly improved the enamel and teeth felt nice afterwards but only gave 3stars as I didn’t notice my teeth looking whiter which was why I bought it.

While the toothpaste helps maintain whiteness and remove surface staining, it isn't used to dramatically whiten on its own, as Hydrogen Peroxide, the whitening agent in teeth whitening, is restricted for use by or through a dentist. That would mean you wouldn't have the ease and convenience of ordering it and having the quick delivery to your door!

Perfect for sensitive teeth

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Leigh Peterson was brilliant and sorted out any issues that I had. Enlighten is a fantastic product but can cause sensitivity. Enlighten did all they could to stop the sensitivity and even gave me a free pen. Unfortunately I had to stop treatment and I was one of the very few unlucky ones. Initially, I did notice a change in the colour of my teeth so the product really does work and if you have no sensitivity then this product will get you very white teeth.

Teeth Whitening and Customer Service
I completed my two week whitening treatment back in 2022 and have been using the top-up gel once night every 2-3 months. Although the initial cost is quite steep, I think it's a great investment and honestly - it works. Lot of random people have been commenting on how white my teeth are. The annual top-up cost is negligible (and probably way cheaper than over the counter whitening products).
Enlighten's customer care is exceptional as well, which is actually why I'm writing this review. About a month ago, my fridge malfunctioned and the top-up gel (which is to be refrigerated), accidentally froze in my fridge. When contacting Enlighten whether it's safe to use, their response was to dispose of it but offered a replacement free of charge. It was especially nice because I didn't complain, nor asked for a replacement as it wasn't their fault.
I would totally recommend Enlighten to anyone who's looking into professional teeth whitening, as long as they can afford the initial treatment.

Currently on week 2 of my treatment and…
Currently on week 2 of my treatment and i can already see a huge difference! I’m now more confident with my smile.
Week 1 - 10% - No sensitivity. I applied too much gel once and it irritated my gums but that was user error
Week 2 - 16% - Day 1. I got zingers during the last hour of treatment, but not after. currently experiencing mild sensitivity, but nothing too horrible (yet), depending on how the evening goes I will pause treatment for a day or continue if it’s not too bad.
Will update once my treatment is over!
