Matt, the branch manager, was amazing to deal throughout the process of putting my property on the market. His experience and knowledge is second to none.

I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

This move was my fifth in 30 years so I’ve met my share of estate agents! Without doubt, Darren Nelson from the Hertford Rd branch of Equity was the most skilled, compassionate and efficient agent I’ve ever encountered. From day one he made us a promise that he’d guide us through and iron out any problems and he kept that promise!
