Despite a rocky journey of selling our flat , the equity team did their utmost to support, communicate & negotiate for us enabling a long but successful sale of our flat .
I want to give a special mention to Alfie who pitched the sale to viewers well & a very special mention to Darren who really pushed this through for us . He kept us up to date & handled comms between all parties well. I felt supported by him & heard all the way through this lengthy process .
He was always available to speak ( some times even out of hours as we neared the end of the process ! ) and was quick to action anything .

We purchased our property over 10 years ago through Equity and Darren specifically. So when it came time to sell, there was only one person we were ever going to use. Darren's communication and professionalism is excellent. He is very responsive with queries. He went above and beyond and actively assisted us in our chain on our purchase despite Equity not being the relevant estate agent and helped us get our onward purchase across the line.
