Equity Prime is great! Was a seamless process. Lori and the rest of the team were great and my 30 day closing was hassle free!

Amazing job --I couldn't have done it without the help of Salome'.
She was always there to answer my questions, everything she did was quick and efficient. The team was all around one of the best teams I have ever seen work together.

The only problem was that Salome' didn't come w/the loan :)

Demetri was very professional and knowledgeable he guided me through the loan process with ease and was alway available even on his personal cell on a Sunday!

Constant updates of volumes of documentation, too many hard inquires of credit scores which ultimately lowers your score, Office staff excellent and helpful getting us through the long process.Through hard work and diligence, Equity Prime got the approval.

Curtis and the team always kept me informed during the application process. They were able to explain the technical aspects in a way that I, the novice home purchaser could remain confident and ensure I was making the right decisions. Curtis has remained available to answer any questions I might have even after closing.

I think Ryan and Paul were very rude to me. Ted was my contact person and when he left and I did know he was leaving no surprise to me but to Ryan and Paul it was .
When Ted text me to tell me he left and everything was done it just needed to wait the days for it to close.
He left on Wed and no one from the office called and when I finely got the number to the office on Mon I called, Ryan all he was doing was trash talking Ted as well as Paul. Shea said it would not close until April. They knew nothing about my loan.
Then on the Fri before closing I got a call from Paul saying it was not going to close because of some Ins thing and he laugh when I told him I was going to get another loan company and he said it's Friday and almost 6 you will never get anyone tonight.
I call my realtor and she got me in touch with a guy with the means to get me a loan and yes he met me on Sat at my house.
They ( Ryan, Paul) never called my realtor just me and the person sale the condo how unprofessional they were.
At this point I don't think I will tell anyone about your company. Then I get all this information that my loan has been sold and I have a new mortgage company and now my payment is do and I don't know for sure where to send it, I must have got 3-4 notices where to send it but I'm not for sure still.
At signing Paul showed up he was such a jerk. You only got me because of Ted I have known him for over an year, so what Ryan and Paul said is wrong they got me because of Ted and when you work for people you still need to be professional and they were not! Never trash talk about people when they leave and always follow up don't wait for the customer to call you you should call them and the realtor. Keep everyone in the loop not the person that is sale they don't need a call from the buyer mortgage company
Your company not (Ted ) but Ryan and Paul are so unprofessional. I think and hope this has assist you in how unhappy I am with your company at this point lets see if you get back in touch with me again!

William gehring worked hard for me and achieved results! The house closed on time and my family is now beyond happy.

This was a great experience. Our first time refinancing our home. It seemed to take quite a while to complete the process, but I suspect that was due to my lack of a printer and doing it during the Christmas season. The people I worked with were very informative and helpful.
