Matt at Equityprime was so helpful! He explained everything and was very organized. The transaction went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is purchasing a home or refinancing.

First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

The team at Equity Prime were great. Eric and Chris worked to get me the best mortgage program for my situation. They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. It was a fantastic job by everyone involved. I will not hesitate to recommend Equity Prime to my friends and family.
