Ordering was no problem but delivery didn’t happen when advised, i visited the store to ask if it had been delivered but the store manager said they didn’t have time to look, called the customer helpline 3 days later as still hadn’t heard anything & was advised that because it was internal delivery to store they had no way of finding out where it was & the best thing to do in future would be get home delivery

Watch purchased online. Package did not include an instructions nor was there a plastic protective covering on the watch face. After a visit to one of your stores, it was confirmed that it was likely the watch had been taken from store shop window. We feel this should be explained on the website prior to purchase.
We booked an appointment at your store, we feel that if your stores are going to operate a queuing system it should be indicated prominently that customers with appointments will be seen as priority & they should make themselves known on arrival before joining the queue.
