Absolutely terrible if you have a problem. I bought a diamond ring not very long ago, it bent and some of the stones fell out. The awful and rude woman in the Cribbs Causeway Bristol branch told me in a very rude and condescending manner that it was MY fault! I said that the ring was obviously not fit for purpose and I had been so gentle with it, but she was just horrible and so snooty and not at all interested in helping me, just said I had not been careful enough, I certainly had been careful. She offered to charge me for a repair, no thanks, don’t want to pay more for this terrible quality expensive ring. Will NEVER shop there again. So upset.

Back in 2008 i bought a Tissot PRC200 chronograph and loved it, had it fully serviced by the Earnest Jones dealer network except the second service i recieved a call to say its a fake - On the first service its obvious the original movement was removed and replaced so the likes of WISH and other fake producers can make fakes and charge £50 a pop. Unfortunately that model was discontinued to EJ alloed me to have the updated versionwhich wasnt as nice....They didn even have the decency to report back to me what happened why it happened..nothing

Therefore their dealer network is not to be trusted and I would never ever buy a watch fro them again AVOID AVIOD AVOID.

From the Minuit I arrived at the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and taken straight away to view the rings I was looking to purchase. Their customer service was of a very high level, nothing was too much trouble, the Manager even cleaned my own diamond ring that I was wearing. I would definitely recommend the Cabot circus store
