Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Staff did not engage and were totally ignored. The white customer had two members of staff serving him when they were done with him didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. For a person of colour I found this appalling. Ernest jones take a look at your staffs training needs and maybe implement an unconscious bias course. This is not okay!

Fantastic customer service
I just want to comment on the absolutely fantastic service we received from Emma and Maria at the Leeds commercial street store.
My daughter’s friend lost his Ernest jones necklace. Sadly it was out of stock in store and online. Emma and Maria went out of their way to locate one and arrange to have it sent to the Leeds store as they knew how much it meant to my daughter and her friend.
We were really impressed with their actions and am so grateful to them. Amazing customer service. Thank you

Very helpful staff
