The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy with the sales. Adam allowed us both time to try on and feel comfortable with our purchase. Great customer service.

The young gentleman who looked after me and my mum was so helpful and polite. He helped me pick all my wedding jewellery and was patient while we decide.

Great Service! Walking past seen a watch I really liked met by pleasant sales assistant, shown me the watches went through all different payment and insurance options! Adjusted the links on watch and on my way. Thanks for making it a pleasure to do business.

The service I received when I collected my ring was excellent.

The only down side was the time it took (ages) to get the till working and to make payment

I had seen some earrings for a friends birthday! Didn’t have them in store at WhiteRose but the staff were really helpful and ordered them in store for me! I was keep updated with emails to let me know they had been dispatched and arrived in store! Lovely earrings and happy customer.

Fantastic service from the staff at EJ. Bought an engagement ring and they pulled out all the stops to get the correct size delivered from another store. Fortunately she said yes!!

Was a very pleasant experience at the store and with each staff member, very tidy and to the point. Talking with the representative Liam who provided detail and information in products enough that I was able to make a comfortable decision with the chain I purchased.
Also provides a good conversation in between so it didn’t feel like he was just selling and helped me decide on future purchases I may make as well
