Diamond tennis bracelet costly mistake
Bought a diamond bracelet about 3 years ago . Wore it a handful of times. Clasp fell off a few months ago. £240 repair an fitting of safety chain.
2 weeks ago broke in half . Repair will cost £80 this time.
Asked store if bracelet faulty. They say as bracelet is over a year old all they can do is repair. Not happy

My husband and daughter went into the store to buy me a tennis bracelet, they specifically asked for platinum or white gold, they both said to me the sales person said , these diamonds are encased by gold , on the fact I worked for EJ for years I instantly knew this was silver, disgusting that your staff are not trained to previous standards and feel selling just to get a sale is the norm , I will be returning this

i was promised my order almost 2 weeks…
i was promised my order almost 2 weeks ago and its still not here, i understood the ring i ordered was only 1 size to small infact it was 2 sizes to small i am extremley unhappy and am awaiting a refund, as i paid in cash this was how i expected to be repaid but no im told shops dont carry this much money even though i have given 3.5 days notice as when i will be next in store, i would have thought a company this large would be able to do this with this much notice, but no so when i go into store this week 15/5.21 i will have to put the money on my bank card leaving me unable to purchase another item from a different store this weekend. very disappointed just doesnt cover it, i will NOT be shopping in your store again and will be telling as many people as i can about my experiance
