Wedding band ruined
Brought my wedding band for cleaning. My wife’s band was replated. Mine was originally textured. Unfortunately, despite promising that if it couldn’t be done in mine, they would call, they went ahead anyway. Now it’s a matte finish, boring, essentially ruined. What a waste. The women in store are perfectly friendly, but whomever was trusted to do the work should have called instead of ruining my ring. Gutted…

A great experience
Fantastic service from beginning to end, very professional staff and competitive prices. Had to get my ring in a smaller size the next day and Trey were more than happy to help and got it sorted quickly and easily.
