Great technical support
Right from pre-sale through to installation support ERS were brilliant in helping us get label Bartender software set up for our needs. The technical team - especially Jeremy - was readily available and genuinely knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Advice on small printers and date stamps
What made my experience great was I actually got to speak to someone that knew the products, they were helpful and sent me a quote really quick. This purchase was made easy, I will use this company again based on the customer service, very helpful indeed.
