The markers didn’t match the…
The markers didn’t match the photographs on the website. They seem to be a different kind of marker, which was not stated. Not happy at all.

I can only apologise if the website was unclear as to the image of the product. Sometimes the manufacturer will change the product or if its a whitebox item the product can vary from factory to factory from where it is sourced.

Driver made no effort to make delivery
Driver made no effort to make delivery. Took a picture of the opening times and drove off. Pub clearly occupied with lights on and cleaners and manager inside. Trying to use customer entrance on a pub before opening time is just foolish. The delivery entrance is not difficult to locate…..

First time customer
This was my first purchase from euroffice as was trying a new supplier. Product arrived quickly and reasonably well packaged, however there was some leakage (screw top was loose) .
Euroffice checked with me that I was happy with my order, I explained the situation, and was sent a replacement. I can't fault their customer service at all and would definitely use again in future.

Poor information given.
I was only told after I had paid for the goods that they were not actually in stock. Had I been told this beforehand, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase.
Very disappointed, probably my first and last purchase with Euroffice on this basis.
